This is a bare PCB with no attached or included parts that lets you customize your own Arduino shield using whatever circuit you can come up with! You will even be able to test your circuit or project to make sure everything is working the way it should! This ProtoShield is based off the Arduino Mega 2560 footprint that allows you to easily incorporate it with favorite Arduino-based device.
Features
Solderable Area: A large grid with connected pads (often 100 mil pitch) for soldering components like resistors, capacitors, sensors, and ICs. Breadboard Space: Often includes a small solderless breadboard area for quick, temporary testing. Power & Ground Rails: Dedicated bus lines for easy power distribution to components. Onboard Components: May include a Reset button, status LEDs (power, digital pins), and an ICSP connector for programming. Component Support: Features footprints for both Through-Hole (THT) and Surface Mount Devices (SMD). Compatibility: Works with the Arduino Mega 2560 (Rev3) form factor, supporting stackable designs.
