The Creality CR-10 Smart carborundum glass platform is a durable and highly functional 3D printer build surface that provides strong adhesion during printing and allows for easy, tool-free model removal once it cools. It is an upgrade from standard build plates and comes included with the CR-10 Smart 3D printer.
Features
- Strong adhesion: The micro-porous composite coating has high viscosity when heated, ensuring prints stick firmly to the bed, preventing warping and edge curling.
- Easy model removal: Once the platform cools to room temperature, the microporous surface structure "pushes" the finished print away. This allows for quick and effortless removal, often without any tools.
- High flatness: The tempered glass construction ensures an exceptionally flat surface, with a flatness tolerance of around ±0.15 mm. This promotes a consistent and flawless first layer, which is crucial for overall print quality.
- No adhesives needed: The special coating provides excellent adhesion on its own, eliminating the need for masking tape, glue, or other messy adhesives.
