The HC-12 RF SI4463 Wireless Serial Port Module is a wireless communication module that enables long-distance, transparent serial data transmission up to 1000 meters at 5000bps. It uses the 433MHz frequency band, supports 100 channels, and features a configurable transmit power of up to 100mW. The module includes a built-in microcontroller (STM8S003F3) and the Si4463 RF chip, communicating via a UART interface and configured using AT commands. It has three working modes (FU1, FU2, FU3, FU4) to adapt to different applications and can be used with 3.3V or 5V logic devices, with a supply voltage range of 3.2V to 5.5V.
