- Heated build chamber is capable of maintaining up to 200 °C steady-state, which supports high-performance thermoplastics.
- Plastics: ULTEM 9085, Onyx, Onyx FR, Onyx ESD, Nylon White, etc.
- Continuous Fibers: Carbon fiber, fiberglass, Kevlar (aramid), HSHT fiberglass.
- Direct-drive print head with three nozzles: two for plastic (matrix/support) and one dedicated for continuous fiber.
- Has a Turbo Mode for very high-speed printing — significantly faster than older Markforged composite machines.
- Supports “XL” material spools (very large capacity) to reduce spool changeovers.
- Accuracy: ± 125 µm or ± 0.0015 mm/mm (whichever is greater).
- Large vacuum-sealed bed with precision-ground surface and reusable print sheets.
- Material bay: holds 4 XL spools (2 active + 2 stored) with humidity control to keep filaments dry.
- Sensors provide live performance feedback during prints.
