The Release Film Kit for the Creality HALOT-ONE is a replacement set of FEP (Fluorinated Ethylene Propylene) sheets used in the printer's resin vat. It is a critical consumable part that ensures high-quality prints by preventing cured resin from sticking to the bottom of the tank.

- High UV light transmittance: The film allows more than 95% of ultraviolet (UV) light to pass through. This ensures precise curing of the resin for detailed and accurate prints.
- Stable release force: Made from high-purity FEP resin, the film has a smooth, non-viscous surface that provides a consistent and stable separation force. This minimizes print failures by making it easier for the model to detach from the film with each layer.
- High durability and flexibility: The film is resistant to wear and can withstand repeated use and high temperatures. It offers excellent flexibility and ductility (up to 300%), allowing it to endure stress without breaking or deteriorating.
- High temperature resistance: It is engineered to perform reliably even under the temperatures reached during the 3D printing process, with a long-term working temperature of 205°C and a melting point of 260°C.
- Specific dimensions: For the standard HALOT-ONE, the film measures 200mm x 140mm with a thickness of 0.15mm. These dimensions are designed for a perfect fit and are not compatible with the larger HALOT-ONE Plus.
- Value packaging: The kits are typically sold in multi-packs (e.g., 5 or 6 pieces) to provide multiple replacements, ensuring your printer can keep running smoothly.
- Protective packaging: The films are shipped with protective layers on both sides that must be removed before installation to prevent damage during shipping.
