الوصف

The SP1848-27145 40x40x3.6mm Peltier Cooler Plate is a thermoelectric module, also known as a Thermoelectric Generator (TEG). While it can perform both cooling and power generation, its specific model name suggests its primary function is to generate electricity from a temperature difference via the Seebeck effect, not to cool something. This compact, 40mm x 40mm module has no moving parts, is sealed for moisture protection, and generates a voltage when there is a temperature differential between its two sides.

Features

  • Small and lightweight, convenient for use.
  • Designed specifically for power generation.
  • Sealed for moisture protection and contain thermal elements formulated for optimum Seebeck power generation.
  • High-temperature 150C, with NM static protection.

Specifications:

  • Model: SP1848-27145 SA.
  • Use environment: -60~125
  • Ingot specifications: Ф30mm L-30cm
  • Thermoelectric parameters:
  • Thermoelectromotive force (a): >190×μV/℃
  • Conductivity (σ): 850~1250Ω-1.cm-1
  • Thermal conductivity (K): 15~16×10-3-W/℃cm
  • Figure of merit (Z): 2.5~3.0×10-3W/℃
  • In practical applications, in order to seek greater output voltage and load current, series-parallel combination is often used.
  • Power generation sheet size: 40MM long * 40MM wide * 3.6MM thick
  • The side with words is close to the cooling side (cold side)
  • The wordless side is attached to the endothermic side (hot side)
  • The red wire is connected to the positive electrode, and the black wire is connected to the negative electrode. It can generate electricity when there is a temperature difference.
  • SP1848-27145 parameters are as follows:
  • Temperature difference 20 degrees: open circuit voltage 0.97V, power generation current: 225MA
  • Temperature difference 40 degrees: open circuit voltage 1.8V, power generation current: 368MA
  • Temperature difference 60 degrees: open circuit voltage 2.4V, power generation current: 469MA
  • Temperature difference 80 degrees: open circuit voltage 3.6V, power generation current: 558MA
  • Temperature difference 100 degrees: open circuit voltage 4.8V, power generation current: 669MA
  • The above values are for reference only. In actual use, the wiring and booster board will cause a loss of current.
  • This power generation chip is an export device. Low temperature, residual temperature, temperature difference, power generation, high cost performance, stable performance
